Designing a Competent Ethical-Strategic Model with an Approach to Organizational Agility

Background: It is a special issue in the field of professional ethics and in fact it is respect for humanity. The current research was carried out with the aim of providing an ethical-strategic model of a competent characteristic with an organizational agility approach at the University of Medical Sciences of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province.
Method: The current research was developmental-applied and qualitative. The statistical population of this study was academic experts in human resource management and senior managers of the University of Medical Sciences, 14 of whom were selected by purposive sampling. The researcher's questionnaire tool was made by Delphi and the data was analyzed using Delphi technique.
Results: The Delphi questionnaire was sent to the expert panel members in three stages to get their opinions, which led to the identification of 29 components and 9 after that, and the conceptual model of the research was formed.
Conclusion: The research results showed that meritocracy components such as 1) educational competencies, 2) personal and behavioral competencies, 3) general and professional competencies, 4) cultural and value competencies, 5) management competencies. knowledge and innovation, 6) organizational structural agility, 7) agility in providing educational-research and medical services, 8) human capital agility and 9) technology agility, information technology systems and infrastructures. They are effective in organizational agility.
