The Intellectual Capital Model of State-Owned Banks with the Competency Approach and Professional Ethics of Managers

Background: Managing and developing competencies and paying attention to professional ethics are vital tools to increase organizational health. Therefore, in this study, the aim is to draw the intellectual capital model of state-owned banks with the approach of competence and professional ethics of managers.
Method: This research was a kind of basic-applied study. This research was a qualitative research with a data-based approach. Statistical population The statistical population included experts and in other words, key experts in the field of intellectual capital with the competency approach of the managers of state-owned banks in the northwest of the country. Fifteen experts were purposefully and non-randomly selected as the sample of research experts. It was an interview tool and finally the data were analyzed by coding method in MAXQDA software.
Results: In the open coding stage, all interviews with managers and experts were implemented separately and all sentences related to the main topics of the research were fully recorded and coded, which included a total of 15 interview texts of 717 open codes. According to the axial coding done on the qualitative study of the research, 49 concepts were identified in the form of 10 categories.
Conclusion: Based on the findings, intellectual capital can be influenced by the factors of customer capital, social capital, structural capital and human capital, knowledge capital, foreign capital, domestic capital, moral capital, technical capital and communication capital.
