Impact of Ethical Security and Privacy on the Development of the Agricultural Bank's Future Services

Background: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of moral security and privacy on the development of future services of Keshavarzi Bank.
Method: The present study was conducted with a mixed approach. In the qualitative part, the theme analysis method was used. The statistical population was a number of banking and academic experts, 20 of whom were selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis tool was interview and finally the data were analyzed by theme analysis method.
In the quantitative part it was a descriptive-correlation method. The research population was customers of Mashhad banks that 384 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire and the results were analyzed using structural equations based on the partial least squares approach.
Results: The results of theme analysis led to the identification of 27 indicators in 2 main dimensions and 6 subscales. Convergent and divergent validity was used to determine the validity. The results were satisfactory. The results showed that moral security and privacy in the development of future services depend on having a comprehensive and codified plan and attention to future needs, which leads to satisfaction. Also, from the point of view of experts, customer satisfaction with the quality of banking services is provided and the level of trust in them and ease of use of services are at a high level of strengths for the development of future services of Keshavarzi Bank and the ability to create more customer attractiveness Appears,
Conclusion: The need of more customers for face-to-face services has become inevitable in today's world. In the online space, the use of face-to-face services of banks has become one of the fastest and most reliable methods of financial exchange. Trust will not be possible except with special regard to the moral security and privacy of customers.
