Method: The research method was a descriptive survey of correlation type in structural equations. The statistical population of this study consists of all school principals and teachers in Tabriz city, 550 people. The sample size was determined based on the Krejci and Morgan table as 225 people. Also, for sampling, after estimating the sample size, stratified random sampling method was used. The standardized path coefficient with a value of 0.705 indicate the mediating role of organizational identity in the relationship between professional ethics and organizational citizenship behavior.
