Testing the Organizational Learning Model in Universities with an Emphasis on Ethical Elements

Background: Educational centers, especially higher education centers, are one of the most important and influential organizations in any society. The present study was conducted with the aim of testing the organizational learning model in the university with an emphasis on ethical elements.
Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of all professors at Lorestan University was 834 people (5669 men and 268 women). To determine the sample size, the statistical population of experts and experts was determined using the purposive sampling method using the theoretical saturation method and the statistical population of professors at Lorestan University was determined using the Krejci-Morgan table, 263 people (179 men and 84 women) were selected as a statistical sample and selected using the stratified random sampling method. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. Factor analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results indicate a good fit of the model and the fit indices of the measurement model are in the acceptance range. Therefore, the components of the faculty organizational learning variable, in the form of a conceptual model together, correctly confirmed the organizational learning variable because the seven components used to measure the above index are significant at a 99% confidence level.
Conclusion: Universities, as the main pillar of education, need specialized and trained personnel to be able to achieve the goals of the university, and to achieve this goal, the importance of ethical components, along with other managerial, organizational, knowledge, structural, and research elements in the faculty organizational learning structure, should not be ignored.
