Background: Moral competence refers to the emotional orientation to perform altruistic behaviors and the ability to make rational judgments about moral issues. The purpose of the study is meta-analyzing moral competence of managers based on quantum skills. Method: In the first part of this study, meta-analysis was conducted. The study population was all studies that referred to the relationship and main text of the research variables and were accessible in one of the centers or databases of specialized journals Noor, Iranian Institute of Science and Information Technology, Academic Jihad Scientific Information Center, National Journals Information Bank, and the Comprehensive Humanities Portal. The sample was 43 works that were selected using a non-probability purposive sampling method. The research tool was a worksheet, and finally, the Q test and linear regression were used to analyze the results. In the second part, thematic analysis was conducted. The statistical population included experts from university professors and managers in 1403, from which 12 people were selected through purposive sampling. The tool was a structured interview taken from the first part of the study. Finally, the data were analyzed using the theme coding method. Results: According to the findings of the first part of the study, the ethical competence of organizational managers is related to factors such as (ethical decision-making, innovative and ethical behavior, empowerment, talent acquisition, quantum skills "quantum seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum action, quantum knowledge, quantum trust", human capital development planning, competence) and among the dimensions of quantum skills, (quantum thinking and trust) had the greatest impact on the ethical competence of managers. Among other variables affecting the ethical competence of organizational managers, the variables (creativity, social relationship skills, trust, responsibility and accountability, management skills) were considered. The findings from the thematic analysis section of the ethical competence of organizational managers showed that 103 subthemes are related to this issue. The subthemes were placed in more general categories and 39 main themes were extracted. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, increasing the ethical competence of managers based on quantum skills can lead to increased organizational efficiency and accountability.
