Analyzing the Relationship between Ethical Classroom Management and Perception of Classroom Quality with Academic Achievement: The Mediating Role of Students' Academic Self-Efficacy

Background: The academic achievement of students can be developed under the influence of the ethical atmosphere of the class and the perception of the quality of the class and in the context of self-sufficiency, with the understanding of this important research. Present for the purpose of review causal model of ethical classroom management relationship and perception of class quality on academic achievement In the course of history, it was done according to the mediating role of academic self-sufficiency.
Method: The method of the current research was descriptive correlation type with path analysis approach. The statistical population consisted of 2600 students of the fifth grade of literature in the holy city of Karbala, 339 of them were selected by random cluster sampling using Morgan's table. To collect research data, four standard questionnaires of ethical management, perception of class quality, academic self-sufficiency and academic achievement were used. The use of Cronbach's alpha coefficient in a preliminary study for the classroom ethical management questionnaire was confirmed as 0.86, perception of class quality as 0.85, academic self-sufficiency as 0.85 and academic achievement as 0.83. Data analysis was done using Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis and path analysis in SPSS and Lisrel statistical software.
Results: The results showed that the relationship between ethical classroom management, perception of class quality and self-sufficiency with academic achievement is positive and significant, it was also found that the mediating role of academic self-sufficiency in the relationship between ethical classroom management and perception of class quality with positive academic achievement and it is meaningful.
Conclusion: can be concluded that the ethical management of the class with the perception of the quality of the class with the mediation of self-sufficiency creates conditions that improve the academic performance of students, which ultimately leads to their academic achievement.
