Ethical and Sociological Explanation of the Factors Affecting the Gendering of the Society

Background: Gender inequality is a treatment or action that humiliates, rejects, humiliates and stereotypes people based on their gender and indicates that women and men do not have the same access to opportunities and facilities such as educational facilities. Is. The purpose of the present research was to explain the ethical and sociological factors affecting the sexism of the society.
Method: The current research was of a hybrid type according to the nature of the subject. In the qualitative part, which was conducted using the Foundation's data method, the statistical population included university professors in the field of sociology who were active in the field of ethics and women's rights, and a sample of 15 people was selected from among them with the purposeful sampling method and reaching theoretical saturation. The interview tool was in-depth and semi-structured, and the data was analyzed with a 3-step coding method. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included men and women over 18 years old in Ardabil city in 1401, of which 384 people were selected as a sample by multi-stage cluster random sampling. The tool was a questionnaire and data analysis were done using SPSS and Lisrel software with structural equation tests.
Results: Based on the qualitative results, 63 open codes were identified, which were classified into 24 categories and finally drawn by selective coding of the research model. In the quantitative part, the results showed the appropriate fit of the research model.
Conclusion: The results of the research findings indicate that the dimensions, consequences and indicators of moral and social factors, causal factors, intervening factors, contextual factors, strategies of cultural and social factors on the genderization of the society were identified. |
