Effective Indicators on the Management of Electronic Human Resources According to the Components of Resilience and Professional Ethics

Background: Appropriate use of human capital and compliance with professional ethics can increase the capacity of organizational adaptation in the organization and as a result, organizations become resilient. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to investigate the effective indicators on electronic human resources management based on the approach of resilience and professional ethics.
Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and is an exploratory research in which a qualitative approach was used to achieve the research objectives. The statistical population of the research consists of academic professors and relevant experts, managers and senior experts in the field of e-business who have expertise in the subject of research, and 20 experts were selected as a sample by judgmental sampling. Data collection tools were checklists and interviews. Fuzzy Delphi method was used for data analysis.
Findings: During three stages of polling, out of 29 indicators of organizational resilience and professional ethics, 11 indicators were removed from the final conceptual model of the research, and the final model had 18 indicators.
Conclusion: Paying attention to ethical concepts by human resources management increases the organizational commitment of employees and leads to an increase in the resilience of the organization in crisis situations.
