Background: Undoubtedly, ethical leadership improves the employer's brand, and in such a case, we can speak of an ethical employer's brand. The current research has been done with the aim of presenting an ethical employer brand model in order to overcome the challenge of attracting and retaining talented and expert human resources.
Method: This qualitative research was applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of survey-exploratory approach. The statistical population of this research was a group of human resources experts, including university professors, organizational consultants and senior managers of human resources of insurance companies. In this research, the purposeful sampling method was used and this process continued until the theoretical saturation of the researcher was reached. Finally, this method was an interview with 9 experts. The data collection tool was an in-depth and unstructured interview with experts. And the data were analyzed by open, central and selective triple coding methods.
Results: A total of 9 interviews were conducted, 123 initial concepts were extracted, after examining and putting them together and removing duplicate concepts, 39 final concepts were identified, which were grouped into 13 core categories and drawn by selective coding of the research model. became.
Conclusion: The employer's brand can become an ethical employer's brand according to the main components that are of interest in the field of ethical leadership and lead to the retention of talented human resources as human capital. |
