Comprehensive Model of Human Resource Management (Using Lean, Ethical, Agile, Resilient and Green Approaches) in the Iranian Banking Industry

Background: Human capital as an intangible asset and an important source of competitive advantage in the banking industry, provides the basis for improving organizational capabilities. In recent years, organizations have used concepts such as pure, ethical, agile, resilient, and green to combine competitiveness and sustainability in a variety of ways. Since the implementation of the above approaches requires their application in human resource management of organizations, the main purpose of this study is to design a model that can simultaneously use the five approaches of pure, ethical, agile, resilient and green in use the human resources management of the Iranian banking industry.
Method: The present study was mixed research. In the qualitative part of the statistical population were experts in the field of human resource management of the banking system and university professors, 12 of whom were selected for the study by purposive non-probabilistic sampling. Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts and analyzed using theme analysis method. In the quantitative part, the same community and the sample of the qualitative part were used and the data were collected using a questionnaire prepared in the qualitative part and prioritized by fuzzy hierarchical analysis.
Results: The results of theme analysis showed that the human resource management model based on the 5 approach has 273 primary codes, 45 final themes and 92 final sub-themes. Also, fuzzy hierarchical analysis showed that ethical, resilient, pure, agile and green human resource management have priority in the Iranian banking industry, respectively.
Conclusion: Human resource management to guide the attitudes and behaviors of employees and create influence in the environment requires the development of appropriate strategies and a combination of different approaches. In this way, paying attention to ethical principles and approaches along with other approaches is of particular importance.
