Prioritization of Strategies for Establishing Ethics-Oriented Systemic Thinking in the Organization

Background: Today, the recognition of ethics-oriented system thinking method and its application in facing everyday problems is felt more. This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors in order to determine the priority of the solutions for the establishment of ethics-oriented systemic thinking in the sugar and sugar factories in the northwest of the country.
Method: The research is developmental in terms of its purpose and inductive in terms of approach, and based on its nature, it is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population is 400 people based on the desired indicators and 196 people were selected based on the judgment method based on the Karajesi-Morgan table. The researcher-made questionnaire tool included 57 items and the data were extracted and analyzed using exploratory factor analysis. In order to determine the influencing relationships and effectiveness of the variables in order to identify the decision-making priorities, 75 people were selected from among the experts in the field of systemic thinking and based on a standard questionnaire to perform a pairwise comparison and to determine the intensity of the influence of the factors on each other in order to make the initial decision matrix. they did The Dematel technique approach was used for analysis.
Results: Based on the results, 10 factors were identified. Based on the results of Dematel, the five factors identified in the research were separated into the effective group and the other five factors were separated into the effective group.
Conclusion: Today, the knowledge of systemic thinking and its equipment is considered a necessity for a better understanding of the phenomena that the necessity of having such thinking and insight is felt more in organizations because in case of lack of integration, the organization will not achieve its goal. And undoubtedly, in this way, paying attention to the values of professional ethics can increase the level of this integration and coherence.
