Qualitative data analysis was done with database method and open, personal and selective coding in MAXQDA 2020 software and quantitative data was evaluated with confirmatory factor analysis and SPSS 26 and Smart PLS 3 software.
Results: The findings of the research showed that: a total of 215 open codes were identified in the form of 83 categories for open innovation, which were categorized in the form of factors, contexts, interventions, solutions and messages. On the other hand, the examination of the fit of the open innovation model for the ethical-system of human resources management showed that the designed model was of good and structural fit.
