Identify the Objective and Moral Patterns of Employees in the Phenomenon of Escaping Teamwork

Background: Despite the many benefits of teamwork in organizations, evidence shows that employees are less interested in teamwork. This can be due to the social and moral characteristics of individuals. In this regard, the present study was formed with the aim of identifying the mental and moral model of the staff of the General Department of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare in Fars Province in understanding the phenomenon of escape from teamwork.
Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of quality and qualitative-quantitative in terms of data collection and analysis using Q method. The statistical population is the staff of the General Department of Labor, Cooperation and Social Welfare of Fars Province, which was judged by 30 people as a statistical sample. Data collection tools were library resources, Delphi questionnaire and Q-budget table. Data analysis Delphi-fuzzy technique and factor analysis were used.
Results: The results of this study showed that five different mental and moral patterns of teamwork escape phenomenon based on "lack of moral interaction and constructive communication"; "Organic poisoned atmosphere"; "Poison management". There is "team personality" and "lack of organization" and each of the patterns has different concepts and characteristics than each other.
Conclusion: Since teamwork can have positive results for the organization, there should be culture building and training in the dimensions of public education and university education system that starts from elementary school and during the student period in the form of changes in Evolve the content of courses and courses and workshops.
