Its statistical population included all 900 fifth grade high school students in Nasiriyah city, of which 269 were selected as a sample using cluster random sampling. A standard questionnaire was used to collect research data. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlation coefficient and structural equation test were used using SPSS and Amos 23 software.

Also, constructivist learning environment had an effect on cognitive strategies (β=0.664). According to the findings, the constructivist learning environment had an effect on moral development (β = 0.125). Also, motivational strategies (β=0.268) and cognitive strategies (β=0.586) had an effect on moral development. Finally, there was a significant relationship between constructivist learning environment and moral development with the mediating role of motivational strategies (r = 0.143). And there was a significant relationship between constructivist learning environment and moral development with the mediating role of cognitive strategies (r = 0.389).
Conclusion: The constructivist learning environment tries to understand what the learner has understood and not understood and how to best help the learner to participate in learning. This environment is undoubtedly effective in raising the moral growth of students through motivational and cognitive strategies.
