The Model of Institutionalization of Dynamic Knowledge Management Considering the Role of Ethics to Achieve Sustainable Development

Background: The present research has been done with the aim of presenting a model of institutionalization of dynamic knowledge management with regard to the role of ethics in order to achieve sustainable development in the Oil Industries Operation and Operation Company (OICO).
Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of exploratory approach, and of qualitative research type. The statistical population of this research was a group of experts, including university professors, senior managers of the oil industry startup and operation company, and experienced consultants of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. In this research, the theoretical sampling method was used and this process continued until the theoretical saturation of the researcher was reached. Finally, this method was the selection of 11 experts. The tool was in-depth and semi-structured interviews with experts. Finally, after three open, central and selective codings, the conceptual model of the research was designed.
Results: A total of 11 interviews were conducted, 130 initial concepts were extracted, after examining and putting them together and removing duplicate concepts, 44 final concepts were identified and finally seventeen categories were identified and in the form of causal factors, the main category , contextual factors, intervening factors, strategic objectives, and outcomes were categorized.
Conclusion: Two contextual factors including organizational ethics in line with dynamic knowledge management, and the institutionalization of ethics in organizational knowledge management, as well as two intervening factors including technological changes in the field of knowledge management, and the expectations of stakeholders in the field of sustainable development also have an effect on model strategies.
