Background: Equality in access to information is an important issue in the field of information ethics. Ethics in information technology is a branch of ethics science that focuses on the relationship between the creation, organization, dissemination and use of information, ethical standards and spiritual codes governing communication in the study community. Considering limited resources and unlimited human demands and the existential philosophy of institutions and legal laws, the most important goal of economics is the interpretation of resources. But due to inequality or asymmetry of information, sometimes the parties make an agreement with an unwanted result that not only destroys economic effects, but also creates economic information. Therefore, the present study has examined the rights of inequality in the economy by looking at the governing principles of ethics in information technology. Conclusion: The challenges caused by the lack of information or the asymmetry of information in the economy are still important in economic relations and contracts. There is that from the legal point of view, the main reason for invalidity or termination of contracts is due to the certainty of information prior to this contract, and after that, the economic flow of information inequality causes exit from the market, and it may be due to excessive conditions, behavioral risk, bad and ultimately cause market failure.
