Background: Laboratories, workshops, and operational and field environments, as the most important practical training units in most academic disciplines, have a very important role in learning the necessary experience and skills of students. This study aims to investigate the principles and ethical challenges in these environments and is the result of experience, work and research of authors over several years of work, continuous communication and objective approach to issues related to professional ethics in interaction with students, professors, experts and employers.
Conclusion: Due to the increasing number and variety of laboratory tests and workshop and field projects, the importance of accuracy and precision of extracted data, safety, proper use of equipment, interactions based on ethics, maintaining human dignity, striving to enhance professional status and compliance The rights of the next generation are one of the most important scientific and ethical frameworks when working in these environments. The emergence of ethical behaviors in laboratory, workshop and field environments is not possible by itself and requires training, dissemination and promotion. The proposed ethical framework will help professors and experts make every effort to arrange ethical professionals who will form the creative body of society in the future.
