Relationship between Professional Ethics and Staff Knowledge to Hospital Accreditation

Background: Professional ethics is an integral part of all disciplines, especially health sciences. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between the professional ethics of medical staff and their knowledge of hospital accreditation.
Method: This study was a descriptive-correlation survey. The population consisted of 850 health care workers educational and remedial centers of Rasht, who were selected by a cluster random sampling and 265 subjects were selected based on the Cochran formula. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SEM using Smart Pls3 software.
Results:  Professional ethics was positively correlated with 0.482 with staff knowledge of hospital accreditation.
Conclusion: Professional ethics and knowledge of medical staff have a significant correlation. As a result, regard to professional ethical standards will promote their knowledge of hospital accreditation.
