Providing a Model of Professional Ethics in Designing and Explaining the Products Commercialization Model

Background: The development of professional ethics in knowledge-based companies for the purpose of product commercialization is one of the necessities that require attention, with the understanding of this importance; the current research aims to provide a model of professional ethics in designing and explaining the commercialization model of companies' products. In growth centers and science and technology parks.
Method: This research is a type of qualitative study that uses foundational data theory. The participants included experts with practical experience in the field of commercialization of the products of knowledge-based companies in Sari Science and Technology Park, who were selected as key informants through the purposeful sampling method. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were obtained from the two methods of reviewing the participants and recoding by experts. The data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding, and finally, the research paradigm model was presented.
Results: The results show that the central phenomenon of professional ethics model in commercialization The products of the companies located in Science and Technology Park include (product branding), causal conditions (company's digital transformation, advanced technology and ethical characteristics of human capital), background conditions (ethical leadership and internal organizational factors), intervening factors (government , university, support centers), strategies, (financial strategies, ethical marketing and advertising) and consequences (business success).
Conclusion: Professional ethics can be considered as a strategy for the commercialization of products of companies located in growth centers and science and technology parks.
