Analyzing of the relationships between Work Ethics and organizational commitment by meditating organizational justice

Background: Organizational commitment has attracted the attention of many researchers as one of the main issues in managing the organizations. Therefore, the study of this concept requires the consideration of numerous influential factors. In this regard, the present study was conducted to analyze the relationship between professional ethics, organizational commitment, and organizational justice.
Method: This research is a descriptive-correlation one. To do it, a sample of 200 individual was selected by stratified sampling method from faculty members of Payame Noor University. Measurement tools include the questionnaires of Work ethic, organizational justice, and the commitment. To analyze the data, structural equation model was used.
Results: The work ethics has a positive and significant relationship with organizational justice. The relationship between work ethic and Organizational commitment is mediated by Organizational justice. In other words, the ethics of work by Organizational justice reinforced the commitment and, the structural model of the research is meaningful and fitness.
Conclusion: According to research results, organizations will take steps to create, maintain, and improve organizational commitment by increasing attention to professional ethics that will promote organizational justice.
