Background: In today's business world, more than ever, observing ethical principles has become an essential need. In a situation where competition in the markets has increased sharply and new technologies are rapidly transforming businesses, ethical principles such as honesty, transparency, and respect for the rights of others have become vital values for organizations. Therefore, the present study was formed with the aim of investigating the role of ethical components in the organization of emerging business companies.
Conclusion: Ethics in business is not only a social and legal requirement but also a way to gain customer trust, attract investors, and strengthen sustainable relationships with business partners. In this regard, one of the strategies for emerging companies to enter the competitive market is to pay attention to ethical components. Emerging company stocks are often volatile and may experience wide price fluctuations. Valuing such companies is difficult, especially if they have low revenues or have not yet made a profit. Although early investors hope that emerging company stocks will grow, the risks of investing in an emerging company may be very high and may cause serious ethical challenges and, consequently, legal problems. Therefore, considering this issue, observing ethical principles can help reduce legal risks, strengthen organizational culture, and have a positive impact on society. Finally, by examining the role of ethics in achieving long-term success, the importance of this issue as one of the fundamental pillars of successful businesses becomes clear.
