Background: The rapid expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in education has created new opportunities to enhance the quality of learning. However, this transformation is also accompanied by ethical challenges. As key actors in the educational process, teachers need to understand and adhere to professional ethics when employing AI technologies. The present study aimed to identify the components of teachers’ professional ethics in the integration of AI into curricula through a systematic review. Method: This research employed a systematic review design. The study population consisted of scholarly resources (articles, books, and reports) published in reputable databases including Scopus, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, ERIC, Springer, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate during the period 2020–2024. Purposeful sampling was applied based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in the selection of 22 articles from 310 identified sources. Data were extracted using summary forms and analyzed through qualitative content analysis. Results: The qualitative content analysis of the selected studies yielded 57 initial codes and revealed four core categories: (1) personal dimensions (e.g., responsibility and integrity), (2) educational dimensions (e.g., transparency in assessment and learner support), (3) structural dimensions (e.g., school policies and regulations), and (4) social dimensions (e.g., educational equity and privacy protection). Conclusion: The findings highlight that observing these four dimensions is essential for strengthening teachers’ professional ethics in the use of AI within curricula. Accordingly, the design and implementation of in-service training programs focused on these components are recommended to foster teachers’ ethical competencies in applying AI to education.
