Abstract: (51 Views)
Background: Professional ethics, knowledge sharing, and innovative performance are among the most critical topics in educational institutions, particularly within blended learning environments. The present study aims to analyze the role of professional ethics in knowledge sharing, with innovative performance as a mediating factor, in a blended learning context. Method: This research is applied in purpose, quantitative in data nature, and descriptive-analytical in execution, utilizing a correlational design. A sample of 297 primary school teachers from District 1 of Hamadan, Iran, who utilize blended learning environments, was selected through cluster sampling. Innovative performance was assessed using James’s questionnaire, professional ethics was evaluated with Kaduzir’s questionnaire, and knowledge sharing was measured using Ho’s questionnaire. Data analysis involved Pearson correlation tests, correlation matrices, the Sobel test, model fit evaluation, and path analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM), conducted using SPSS (version 21) and SmartPLS software. Results: The results revealed a direct relationship between professional ethics and knowledge sharing in blended learning environments. Professional ethics directly accounted for 48% of the variance in knowledge sharing. Additionally, professional ethics influenced innovative performance by 40%, while innovative performance explained 40% of the variance in knowledge sharing. Indirectly, professional ethics impacted knowledge sharing through the mediating role of innovative performance, contributing 16% to the effect. Conclusion:Based on the findings, higher levels of professional ethics among teachers correspond to increased knowledge sharing and innovative performance in blended learning environments. Both formal and informal educational organizations operating in blended learning contexts can leverage these results to enhance knowledge sharing and innovation.
