Abstract:   (49 Views)
Background: In the last decade, Businesses have undergone changes in paradigms and decision-making patterns in the last decade, especially in the core of their activity, namely innovation. One of the new topics is "sustainable fractal innovation", which will bring emerging ethical challenges and decision-makers will face it to implement it in systems. Therefore, the aim of the research is to identify emerging ethical components and their role in the focal components of the sustainable fractal innovation model.
Method: This is an exploratory study. The research community was experts in the field of businesses active in Tehran technology parks, 5 of whom were selected as research samples using non-probability and judgmental sampling methods. The data collection tools were structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. Information analysis was performed using SWARA and ARAS mathematical methods and calculations were performed using Excel software.
Results: In terms of the weight of the indicators, the components of "ethics in the digital economy", "ethics in emerging components", "ethics in the workplace" and "ethics in globalization" had the highest weight (above 0.1) and in terms of the desirability of the focal components, the components of "co-creation with stakeholders", "large-scale transformation", "frugal innovation" and "resource efficiency" had a high degree of importance (more than 0.02), respectively. Therefore, systems should pay more attention to them in their analyses.
Conclusion: It should be noted that sustainable fractal innovation requires changes in mindset and behavior at all levels of the system. Therefore, executives should promote awareness, education, accountability, and an ethical culture, taking into account issues such as ethical considerations.
