Background: Employees' attitudes towards the organization enable the individual to adapt to the work environment and the world; to escape punishment and to gain rewards. In other words, these attitudes are influenced by the principles of professional ethics in the organization, which are the basis for future behaviors of individuals and help the individual adapt to working conditions and the organizational environment. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of predicting attitudes towards the organization using the components of professional ethics.
Method: The present study method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study was Taban Airlines employees in Mashhad and Tehran, from whom 132 people were selected as the research sample using the Cochran formula using a simple random sampling method. The research tools were standard professional ethics questionnaires (16 questions) and attitude towards the organization (20 questions). The data were analyzed using the partial least squares technique using SmartPLS software.
Results: The results showed that professional ethics have a positive and significant effect on attitude towards the organization. (r=0.73) and the results also indicate that the dimensions of professional ethics (responsibility, honesty, justice and fairness, loyalty, superiority, respect for others, sympathy for others and respect for social values and norms) have a significant and positive effect on attitude towards the organization.
Conclusion: If the managers of Taban Airlines adhere to the institutionalization of professional ethics and pay the necessary attention, then it can be expected that the attitude of employees towards the organization will become more favorable.
