Evaluation of the Health Tourism Development Infrastructure Model According to the Principles of Medical Ethics in Public Hospitals

Background: One of the most important types of tourism in the world is health tourism, which has always been concerned about its ethical aspect. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to design the infrastructure model for the development of health tourism according to the principles of medical ethics in the public hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences.
Method: This research is considered descriptive research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of nature. Also, from the point of view of collecting information, it is survey research. The statistical population consists of: policy makers, managers and senior experts in the field of medicine and medical ethics who are experts and active in the field of health tourism. The sampling method in this research was based on non-probability method and 200 people were selected as a sample in this research. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. In the data analysis, the second-order factor analysis approach was used, and the dimensions and structures of the model were examined. SPSS24 and Smart SPSS4 software were used for data analysis.
Results: According to the results of the findings, the six dimensions of the health tourism development infrastructure and thirty-six desired structures for the health tourism development infrastructure were confirmed, and the model has a suitable fit.
Conclusion: The dimensions of health tourism development infrastructure according to the principles of medical ethics, the following items have priority in order: infrastructures related to logistics components are the first rank, economic is the second rank, service quality is the third rank, environmental is the fourth rank, rights Patient ranks fifth and structural components rank sixth
