Providing a Customer Complaint Model According to the Role of Business Ethics in the Country's Construction Industry

Background: The construction industry has an undeniable role in generating investment opportunities and generating wealth and added value in the economy. The purpose of this research is to design a model of customer complaints in the country's construction industry, considering the importance of business ethics.
Method: This research is qualitative and basic in terms of its purpose. Also, according to the method of data collection, it is considered a type of field research. The statistical population of the present study are the professors of architecture, civil engineering and urban planning, as well as senior managers of construction companies. In this research, theoretical sampling was used and the sample size was 17 people according to theoretical saturation. The data collection tool in this research is a semi-structured interview, and the findings were collected and analyzed through the qualitative data content analysis method.
Results: The results of the content analysis showed the role of 122 primary codes, which identified thirty-four sub-codes in different stages of analysis, and six main codes were counted through them.
Conclusion: Based on the results of business ethics research, principles of project management configuration, macro government policies and policies, competitive economic factors, special brand value, lost opportunity cost and structural design based on needs assessment as categories. The main research model was identified.
