Factors Affecting the Promotion of Social Responsibility as an Ethical Approach

Background: Social responsibility is an ethical approach and provides solutions that organizations can meet the commercial, legal and ethical needs of the society if they are followed. as an ethical approach in Arvand Free Zone.
Method: The present study was of a qualitative type, which was done by theme analysis. The community studied in this research were experts and managers of different departments in Arvand Azad region, and 15 people were selected as samples from among them using the snowball method. The data collection tool was semi-structured interview and the data analysis method was theme analysis.
Results: Based on the findings of this research, 9 main topics were removed from the analysis of the conducted interviews. After coding in the form of themes or main components, dimensions such as; Information, structural link, power, orientation, knowledge, social, economic, legal and ethical responsibility play a role in the model of promoting social responsibility.
Conclusion: Social responsibility is an ethical framework for any person or organization to act sensitively on social, cultural, economic and environmental issues. Trying to fulfill social responsibility helps individuals, organizations and governments to have a positive role and impact in the sustainable development of a society.
