Studying the Legal and Ethical Factors in Establishing a Judicial Procedure

Background: The legality of the laws and regulations on ethics has always been emphasized on the morality of legal systems and its necessity has been discussed. In Iran, because of other small-scale systems, the law creates and introduces strong rules. The law may not be applicable to the evidence. In fact, the high-level rules have many implications. The purpose of this study is to investigate the legal and ethical factors in establishing a judicial procedure. To this end, the causes of these factors will be addressed by relying on the interpretation of legal and ethical laws.
Conclusion: The results showed that the laws and their combination is capable of different interpretations and people on the basis of ethics, ethics, principles and ethics can, on our part, submit to us any and all equality of laws. On the other hand, a very large number of people were expelled. Then, for the sake of proof, I need to execute and build my military on the basis of law and order, and moral, moral and, most importantly, moral relations. |
