Ethical Pathology Model of Strategic Human Resource Management System

Background: The study of moral pathology is important today in all pillars of social life and should be considered in the field of management. The main purpose of this study is the factors affecting the optimal model for the ethical pathology of the strategic human resource management system in Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company.
Method: The present study was exploratory and in the category of qualitative and data-based research. The population consisted of experts and university professors who were selected by non-random sampling method of selective purposeful sampling method (snowball) and theoretical saturation criterion of 15 people as a sample. The data collection tool was interview and the data were analyzed by coding method and MAXQDA software was used for this purpose.
Results: The analysis of the interview data resulted in the achievement of 286 themes and open-source code. During the reciprocal process of data analysis, the collection of these initial qualitative data was reduced to fewer categories (97 open-source code). Also, the classification of these codes led to the identification of 28 pivotal codes and finally the conceptual model of the research was formed by selective coding.
Conclusion: Based on the present study, it was found that managing the strategic system of human resources with ethical challenges such as incomprehensibility of work ethic, disregard for meritocracy, unequal conditions, managerial conflicts, individual conflicts, inappropriate organizational structure, ineffective and unethical communication Organizational and organizational inefficient training faces.
