Some options that are based on the ethical principles emphasized in Islamic jurisprudence, such as the option of deception and fraud, are accepted in various courts, and even in the absence of the law of options in a country, you can request the referral of property by invoking the right of termination. Options are not eternal and have a duration and a return, and this return can be terminated by abortion, abortion, expiration of the deadline. In general, it should be said that cucumber is fixed in electronic transactions, and according to the application of the legislator in the articles that have legislated cucumber in transactions and its non-determination and restriction regarding traditional transactions, it is appropriate. Also, cucumber has been established and current in this type of transactions due to the unity of the criterion, because it has been legislated or established to ward off my losses. Of course, there are no special options such as parliamentary option in this type of transaction, and this is due to the fact that the option is confiscated in the presence of a single parliament and it is not formed in this type of transaction |
