Analysis of Quality Promotion in the Shadow of Paying Attention to Business Ethics

Background: The importance of business ethics and the impact of ethics on organizational performance, product quality and ultimately customer satisfaction, has found a new and innovative place in management issues, so the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of business ethics on promoting quality.
Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection and analysis. The statistical population of this study is consulting engineers and supervisors of contracting companies in Shahroud city, whose number was estimated to be equal to 109 companies after review and 84 people were selected as a sample using simple random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data and in order to analyze the data, SPSS and Emus statistical software were used and the data were analyzed through structural equation analysis test. Structural equations were used to test the research hypotheses.
Results: The results showed that business ethics has a statistically significant effect on quality-oriented business.
Conclusion: Paying attention to the ethics of the business environment can lead to improved quality and increased satisfaction. |
