Abstract:   (1492 Views)
Background: Increasing complexity at the level of organizations and relationships between businesses were added to the problems of decision-making and in order to implement successful CS needs to observance of many ethical components and requirements. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to provide a model for meeting the ethical requirements of Fractal CrowdSourcing (FCS) in complex systems with many components.
Method: The present study is an applied survey. The statistical population of this study is managers and employees of businesses active in the field of CS in Iran, which were selected 8 people as a sample with the help of judging sampling. The data collection tool is structured Interview and closed questionnaire. In order to prioritize the extracted components of CS with the help of previous studies against attributes, by using the Rapid Impact Assessment Matrix Method (RIAM) then the Focal Four-level Model (FFLM) was used to present the model by using Excel software.
Results: The model of ethical requirements of FCS is an efficient model, because the abundance of components in the model showed that 54% of the components included 3 components between the range [+108 to +36); 3 components between the range [+35 to +1] in the range of cause and effect components; 3 neutral components (27% components) with 0 and 2 components (19% of components) is between the range [-1 to -107]. For this purpose, it is necessary for businesses to take an approach so that the affected components at least reach the area of indifference; neutral components with the effectiveness of focal components become effective components.
Conclusion: Appropriate strategy components, raising standards and intellectual property rights as the most important Ethical requirements of CS in the complex world with chaotic Relationships in order to create positive cultural characteristics and efficiency of the model should be paid special attention.
Keywords: Ethical requirements Crowdsourcing, Fractal crowdsourcing (FCS), Rapid Impact Assessment Matrix (RIAM), Focal Four-Level Model (FFLM).
