fa بی‌اخلاقی علمی در میان دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">زمینه</span></strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">:</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> ضعف پایبندی به اخلاقیات علمی، یکی از مسائل جدی در آموزش عالی می‌باشد. از این روی، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبیین میزان بی‌اخلاقی علمی و برخی عوامل مؤثر بر آن در میان دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه اصفهان انجام می‌باشد.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">:</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و در زمرۀ پژوهش‌های همبستگی قرار دارد. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه اصفهان بود که 290 نفر از آنها با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه خود اظهاری شد. داده‌های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از روش‌های آماری مختلفی نظیر مدل مقایسه میانگین‌ها، تحلیل واریانس، ضرایب همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">یافته‌ها</span></strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">:</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> بیش از دو سوم دانشجویان اظهار داشته‌اند که به هیچ وجه در طول مدت تحصیل خود مرتکب هیچ یک از موارد بی‌اخلاقی علمی مطرح در پژوهش حاضر نشده‌اند و بیشترین فراوانی، به موارد خفیف بی‌اخلاقی علمی می‌شود تا موارد شدید. نتایج تحلیل‌های بیشتر نیز نشان می‌دهد که از میان متغیرهای مستقل، متغیرهای نگرش به بازدارندگی اساتید و نگرش منفی به تقلب، اثر مستقیم بر بی‌اخلاقی علمی دارند.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">:</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> عدم اهتمام جدی اساتید به اخلاقیات علمی از یک طرف و نگرش مثبت دانشجویان به بی‌اخلاقی علمی از عوامل مهم زمینه ساز ارتکاب دانشجویان به این گونه رفتارهای می‌باشند. در کنار سایر اقدامات از جمله تدوین قوانین و سیاست‌های بازدارنده، توجه به آموزش و افزایش آگاهی کنشگران علمی اولویت بیشتری دارد.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <strong>Background:</strong> Unethical Behavior and lack of adherence to scientific ethics, is a serious problem in higher education. In this line, the aim of the present study, is explanation of the lack of scientific integrity and its associated factors among graduate students of Isfahan University.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>This study is an applied-correlation research. Population of the study includes all Graduate students of Isfahan University. Among all, 290 subjects were selected as a sample group. Data were gathered by self- report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using SPSS and Amos software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> More than 70 percent of students said they did not commit any of scientific misconduct raised in this study and the most frequent cases of academic dishonesty are mild rather than severe cases. Further analysis also shows that among the independent variables, the attitude towards teachers to deterrence and negative attitude to fraud have a direct effect on academic dishonesty<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The lack of professor&#39;s serious commitment to scientific integrity on the one hand and the relatively positive attitude of students to commit academic dishonesty are among important factors underlie the misconducts of students.
