fa الزامات و راهبردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای در نظام آموزش عالی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -2.85pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه:</strong> اخلاق حرفه‌ای نوعی تعهد اخلاقی و وجدان کاری نسبت به هر نوع وظیفه و مسئولیت است. نهاد نظام آموزش عالی بیش از هر حرفه دیگری چه در حوزه آموزش و چه در حوزه پژوهش، تحقیقات نظری یا کاربردی ملزم به تاکید بر مفاهیم اخلاق حرفه‌ای است. لذا لازم است نظام آموزش عالی ، الزامات و راهبردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای را بیش از هر نهاد و سازمان دیگری مورد تاکید قرار ‌دهد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -2.85pt; text-align: justify;">اخلاق آموزش در دانشگاه، تامین کننده منافع و رفاه فردی و گروهی دانشجویان می‌باشد. بی‌توجهی به اخلاق در آموزش به توانایی یادگیری دانشجویان آسیب می‌رساند. پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا با بررسی برخی اصول، آنها را به عنوان راهبردی الزامی در بحث نظام آموزش عالی مطرح نماید. برخی از اصول اخلاقی آموزش دانشگاهی عبارتند از: احترام به دانشجویان در مقام انسانی، برابر دانستن دانشجویان در مشاوره، آموزش و نمره‌‌دادن و محرمانه نگه‌داشتن نمره دانشجویان. در زمینه اخلاق پژوهش دو مقوله مطرح می‌شود. اخلاق استفاده از انسان‌ها به عنوان آزمودنی‌های پژوهش و اخلاق مرتبط با اجرای پژوهش و دانش‌پژوهی. رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای توسط اساتید با توجه به نقش موثری که بر عملکرد فراگیران دارند از ارزش خاصی برخوردار است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> الزامات اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش عالی در قالب کلی آموزش عالی در فرایند توسعه و در حوزه‌های تدریس و تحقیق قابل بررسی هستند. با عنایت به اهمیت اخلاق در حوزه های فوق الذکر و بررسی‌های انجام شده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تمامی </span><span dir="RTL">فرایند‌های آموزش و پژوهش ماهیتی اخلاقی دارند. از این رو، رعایت الزامات اخلاقی یک ضرورت است</span></p> <p style="margin-left:-2.85pt;"><strong>Background: </strong>Professional ethics is a kind of moral obligation toward every duty and responsibility. The emphasis on the contents of professional ethic is a necessity in higher education system both on educational aspect and on theoretical, practical and applied researches. Attention to the professional ethics strategies is essential for higher education systems.</p> <p style="margin-left:-2.85pt;">The present article aims to study some major educational principles and to introduce some of them as obligatory strategies in higher education system. Some educational principles in universities are as follows: respect for the students as human, students equating in consulting, education and grading. Research ethics concludes two categories: ethical issues of participating human being in research, ethic in relation to carrying out researches. Attention to the professional ethics codes by teachers has an essential role. &nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-left:-2.85pt;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Professional ethics obligations will be considered in training and research.
