Global competition and the expectations of evolving societies have doubled the need for forward-looking leadership with </span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:10.0pt">ethical</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> approach, understanding this importance, the aim of the research was to providing a model of future-oriented leadership in the education organization with ethics-oriented approach. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Method</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">: Qualitative research method was used using foundational data theory. The participants included professors and managers of higher levels of education in Kermanshah, who were selected as key informants through the purposeful sampling method of 10 people, the estimation of the sample size was based on the theoretical saturation of the data. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews.
