other هوش هیجانی و جهت گیری اخلاقی در دانشجویان حسابداری Emotional Intelligence and Ethical Orientation in Accounting Students تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: هوش هیجانی یکی از مهمترین عامل تعیین کننده میزان موفقیت حرفه ای و شخصی در زندگی است. در حالی که تصمیم گیری اخلاقی معیاری برای اطمینان از قضاوت می باشد. از این رو، هدف از این پژوهش؛ مطالعه ارتباط میان هوش هیجانی با جهت گیری اخلاقی با دو رویکرد ایده آل گرایی و نسبی گرایی است. روش: روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف ، کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده ها ، توصیفی – همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. از این جامعه آماری  ، نمونه ای به تعداد  385 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش، پرسشنامه استاندارد می باشد. در پژوهش حاضر داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل بر اساس رویکرد حداکثر راست نمایی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای اندازه گیری پایایی ابزار پژوهش از معیار پایایی ترکیبی و هم چنین برای اندازه گیری روایی همگرا از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش نیز از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شده است. یافته: نتایج نشان می دهد که هوش هیجانی با ایده ال گرایی رابطه مثبت دارد. اما هوش هیجانی با نسبی گرایی رابطه ای معنی دار ندارد. نتیجه گیری: دانشجویانی که هوش هیجانی بالاتری دارند، ایده آل گرایی در آن ها بیشتر از نسبی گرایی می باشد. به عبارت دیگر، توانایی در شناخت دقیق و کنترل هیجان ها می تواند موجب تقویت اخلاق در دانشجویان حسابداری گردد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Emotional intelligence is one of the most important determinants of professional and personal success in life, while ethical decision making is a good measure to ensure judgment. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence with ethical orientation with two approaches of idealism and relativism. Method: The research method is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, descriptive - correlation. The statistical population consisted of among the accounting students that consisted of 385 individuals randomly selected. The data collection tool is standard questionnaire. In the present study, the collected data were analyzed using Lisrel software based on the maximum right-sided approach. In order to measure the reliability of the research tool, a combination of reliability criterion (CR), and a confirmatory factor analysis method were used for measuring convergent validity. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses of the research. Results: The results show that emotional intelligence has a positive relationship with idealism but emotional intelligence does not have a significant relationship with relativism. Conclusion: Students with higher emotional intelligence, idealistic in them, are more than relativism.
