<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">زمینه: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">دنیای کار نوظهور مستلزم کسب مجموعه­ای از شایستگی­های غیرفنی همراه با شایستگی­های فنی در یک حرفه برای اشتغال­پذیری پایدار است. این مقاله با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی الگویی برای تلفیق مولفه­های اخلاق حرفه­ای با شایستگیهای فنی در برنامهدرسی مبتنی بر شایستگی رشته مکانیک صنایع به رشته تحریر در آمده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">یافته­ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> یافته­های این پژوهش الگویی ارائه گردید که با استفاده از یک ساختار سه بعدی فرآیند تلفیق در رشته مکانیک صنایع صورت گیرد. از منظر متخصصان الگوی ارائه شده با گزاره­های مستخرج در ارتباط با تلفیق مولفه­های اخلاق حرفه­ای در برنامهدرسی مبتنی بر شایستگی رشته مکانیک صنایع همخوانی و توافق بالایی دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">نتیجه­گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> فرآیند تلفیق شایستگی­های فنی با مولفه­های اخلاق حرفه­ای در تمامی سطوح عناصر برنامهدرسی رشته مکانیک صنایع به دست آمد. نتایج این پژوهش می­تواند در طراحی برنامهدرسی مبتنی بر شایستگی رشته مکانیک صنایع و سایر رشته­های فنی و حرفه­ای و مهارتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Background:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> The emerging world of work requires the acquisition of a set of non-technical competencies with technical competencies in a career for sustainable employment. This paper aims at designing and validating a model for integrating the ethical components with technical competencies in curriculum based on competency in industrial mechanics’ branch.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Method:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> The research approach is based on the concept and nature of the research, "mixed or combined," and its purpose is applied. The Statistical Society in the design section of the pattern was composed of curriculum experts, professional ethics experts, and teachers and experts in the occupation, and the sample was chosen purposefully and in the accreditation department, The statistical sample of 28 curriculum experts, were randomly selected. The data in the design section be used documents analysis and Delphi methods, and in the validation section, data from the questionnaire were analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage and compaction percentage.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Results:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> A three-dimensional model was developed to integrate the components of professional ethics into in curriculum based on competency in industrial mechanics. From the experts' point of view, the proposed model was consistent and valid with the components related to the integration of professional ethics components in the curriculum based on competency in the industrial mechanics’ branch.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Conclusion:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> The process of integrating technical competencies with the components of professional ethics at all levels of the curriculum based on competency in industrial mechanics branch was obtained. The results of this research can be used in the design of curriculum based on competency in industrial mechanics branch and other technical and professional disciplines</span></span></span></div>
