Development of the Transformation Plan of the Broadcasting Organization with the Approach of Information Technology Governance and Emphasis on Ethics and Citizen's Rights

Background: The purpose of the current research is to develop a plan for the transformation of the Broadcasting Organization with the approach of information technology governance and emphasis on ethics and citizenship rights.
Method: The current research was applied and conducted with a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) approach. In the qualitative part, the statistical population of the research included the senior managers of the broadcasting organization, and 11 people were selected as a statistical sample using the purposeful sampling method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. In order to analyze the data, coding was done using MAXQDA software. In the quantitative part, socio-statistics included managers and employees of the broadcasting organization. In this research, 335 people were selected as a statistical sample using the random cluster sampling method. The tool for collecting information was a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, model fitting was done using confirmatory factor analysis and PLS software.
Results: The findings of the qualitative section showed that 167 final extracted codes were grouped into 52 concepts. Also, the results of the quantitative section showed confirmation of the fit of the mentioned model.
Conclusion: Based on the results, strategic categories; social and management as causal factors, categories of cost recovery systems, leadership of information technology, ethics of information technology, as contextual factors, categories of governance and political system; Cross training, knowledge management as intervening factors, pathological categories and effectiveness evaluation, legal and legal requirements, organizational architecture, strategic leadership and behavioral standards were introduced as strategic factors, and organizational, social, and individual consequences were introduced as consequences. |
