The reliability and validity of the data were calculated from two methods of review by participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding. Findings: 94 open codes (concepts), 22 core codes (dimensions and components) and 6 selection codes (main categories) were counted and the research model was developed.
