Handling Customs Disputes in the Light of Economic Regulations and Market Ethics

Background: Customs in the world of business today is one of the most important pillars that regulates trade relations between individuals and legal entities, private, public and international law. Among the actors in this field, in addition to national and transnational governments and companies, there is a new phenomenon called the market. The market plays an important role in considering values ​​in economic and customs activities, and a moral economy is formed when economic interactions, while preserving values, allow access to ethical markets. Given the importance of customs and ethical markets in economics, the present article was formed with the aim of reviewing ways to address customs disputes in the light of economic regulations and market ethical considerations.
Conclusion: Exercising the right to freedom of trade, but as a liberal teaching from the generations of human rights, whether or not, causes some inequalities in the social arena and activates governments and trade union systems to legally control and monitor relations. The economy has become a society. In this regard, the role of economic regulation is considered important and effective in the customs proceedings, which are managed by administrative and quasi-judicial institutions, according to the ethical considerations of the market. Studies show the effectiveness of economic regulation and attention to market ethical considerations in resolving customs lawsuits of Iranian law from a substantive perspective, including economic analysis of regulatory law and compliance with the principles of due diligence and from an analytical perspective on the role of active judges in regulatory order and importance. Pay attention to the law in handling customs disputes.
