Network Mining of Ethical, Cultural & Social Institutional Demands

Background: In today's world, the promotion and institutionalization of ethics, culture and social responsibility for the legitimacy of the organization is more necessary. The purpose of the present study is to mining of ethical, cultural and social institutional demands of Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex to gain legitimacy and social satisfaction.
Method: The present study was applied and developmental. The statistical population was the members of Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex in 2018, the statistical sample was equal to 115 experts, the sampling method was purposeful, the data collection tool was interview and the statistical method is social network analysis.
Results: The ethical, cultural, and social demands were categorized into three groups and 11 sub-categories. The top priority institutions demands were supported for cultural programmes, seminars, festivals, ceremonies, housing, assisting groups and people in need, servicing services, building maintenance and installations.The main institutions were artistic, religious and quranic institutions, universities, educational institutes, resistance economics headquarters and entrepreneurs.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, In order to institutionalize ethics, culture   and social responsibility, more and more effective interaction with the aforementioned institutions is necessary. Public relations and social services, monitoring of contractors, education and human resources affairs can play an important role in accomplish institutional demands, in this context, using regulatory, normative and cultural-cognitive processes are effective steps in legitimizing and sustaining the organization.
