Analyzing the Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Self-Efficacy Model: The Mediating Role of Moral Intelligence

Background: The purpose of this study is to explain the mediating role of transformational leadership and its relationship with the self-efficacy model with the intervention of the variable of moral intelligence in Iran insurance company.
Method: The research method was descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population of the study is the employees of Iran Insurance Company in Kerman. The sample size for this study was calculated 450 people. The research instruments included the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Ethical Intelligence Questionnaire, and the researcher's self-efficacy questionnaire. Data were analyzed by structural equation method using PLS software.
Results: The findings showed that transformational leadership with the mediating role of moral intelligence affects self-efficacy in Iran Insurance Company.
Conclusion: Increasing the transformational leadership will directly increase the efficiency of Iran Insurance Company. Also, indirectly, the increase in transformational leadership increases moral intelligence and, consequently, increases efficiency in Iran Insurance Company.
