Background: One of the most important concerns of effective managers at different levels is how to create suitable platforms for human factors working in all professions so that they work with a sense of responsibility and full commitment to the issues in society and their profession, and the ethical principles governing their jobs and respect your profession. The topic of professional ethics has answered this concern. Paying attention to professional ethics and its consequences is one of the most important issues in the organization and affects the quality of organizational results. One of these outcomes is organizational trust. Therefore, the present research has investigated the relationship between professional ethics and organizational trust based on a review of the researches.
Conclusion: Organizational trust creates a collaborative atmosphere in the organization and promotes organizational cooperation. Also, organizational trust is one of the important and influential factors on leadership effectiveness, people's satisfaction and organizational performance and commitment. Based on the investigations carried out in this research, it was found that this important component is affected by professional ethics in the organization. Laying the groundwork for professional ethics and ethical atmosphere in the organization can promote the trust of the organization and thus ensure the long-term benefits of the organization.
