fa رابطۀ اخلاق حرفه‌ای با اعتماد آفرینی در میان اعضای هیات علمی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> برخورداری و رعایت استانداردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای از سوی اعضاء هیأت علمی می‌تواند در افزایش اعتماد آفرینی ایشان نقش مهمی داشته باشد. برهمین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه اساتید نسبت به نوع و میزان رابطه مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اعتماد آفرینی اعضاء هیات علمی دانشگاه انجام گردیده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل 410 نفر اساتید دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران بوده که از این تعداد، 196 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اعتماد آفرینی استفاده شد. داده‌های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">spss</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> و آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> نتایج بررسی دیدگاه‌های اساتید در این تحقیق نشان داده است که بین دو متغیر اخلاق حرفه‌ای و مؤلفه‌های آن، با اعتمادآفرینی اعضاء هیأت علمی رابطه مستقیم معناداری وجود دارد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">توجه به استانداردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای اعضاء هیات علمی می‌تواند یکی از راهبردهای اساسی جهت افزایش اعتماد آفرینی آنان در محیط‌های دانشگاهی باشد. </span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Having professional and ethical standards for faculty members can play an important role in enhancing restore confidence in their performance. The aim of this study is to consider the relationship between professional ethics and restore confidence among faculty members.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The method of this study is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population was 410 academic members at Iran University of Science and Technology in 2015-2016. From this population, 196 people were selected randomly as a sample. For data collection, two self made questionnaires were used for professional ethics and trust.
