fa تنشهای اخلاقی در کلاسهای آموزش زبان انگلیسی: تأثیر جنسیت و سابقه تدریس معلمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>زمینه:</strong> <span style="font-size: 11pt;">با وجود توجه روزافزون به جنبه‌های اخلاقی تدریس زبان دوم، تنشهای اخلاقی که معلمان با آن مواجه‌اند، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است . بدین منظور، هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی و مقایسه نوع و تعداد تنشهای اخلاقی که معلمان زبان انگلیسی با سابقه و کم سابقه، مرد و زن</span> <span style="font-size: 11pt;">از آن رنج‌ می‌برند است.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>روش‌کار:</strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی، چهل معلم انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق بازنگری فعالیتهای کلاسی و مصاحبه گروهی جمع آوری شدند و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان دادکه تفاوت معناداری میان فراوانی تنشهای اخلاقی معلمین با سابقه و کم سابقه وجود دارد. از سوی دیگر متغیر جنسیت ، تفاوت ناچیزی در فراوانی تنشهای مطرح شده توسط معلمان زن و مرد ایجاد کرده است. در ارتباط با نوع مشکلات اخلاقی، 7 مقوله استخراج شد. در این میان تنشهای مربوط به &laquo; قوانین و مقررات &raquo; کلاس با فراوانی بیشتری توسط کل معلمان مطرح شد.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> دریافتیم که متغیر سابقه تدریس تاحدی بر الگوی تنشهای اخلاقی که معلمان مختلف با آنها روبرو هستند تاثیرگذار است. برخلاف آن ، جنسیت هیچگونه تفاوت معنیداری میان مقوله های مختلف تنشهای اخلاقی ایجاد نمی کند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong>&nbsp; Despite the fact that increasing attention is being paid to moral aspects of second language classrooms, moral dilemmas teachers face has attracted less attention. For this reason, the present study aims to investigate and compare likely differences between the type and frequencies of moral dilemmas which experienced and less experienced, male and female teachers encounter.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> Research method is descriptive survey. Using non-probability sampling technique, the researchers selected forty teachers. Data were collected through the use of stimulated recall and focus group interviews and were analyzed using content analysis.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The analysis of the data showed that there is a significant difference in the number of moral dilemmas experienced and less experienced teachers recalled; on the other hand, teachers&rsquo; gender made only a slight difference in the number of moral dilemmas males and females reported. As to the type of moral dilemmas, seven moral categories were extracted with Rules and Regulations being the most frequently recalled category.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> We found that experience somewhat affects the pattern of moral dilemmas teachers faced in different groups.
