fa امنیت غذایی و اخلاق زیستی در کشاورزی پایدار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>‌زمینه:</strong> امنیت غذایی یکی از مهمترین مؤلفه&rlm;های امنیت انسانی است. در دهه&rlm;های اخیر، روشهای ناپایدار کشاورزی که صرفاً برای افزایش تولید گسترش یافته&rlm;اند، نه تنها جایگاه انسان در قالب نگاهبان طبیعت را زیر سوال برده&rlm;اند، بلکه عدم پایداری در تولید، امنیت غذایی انسان را نیز به مخاطره انداخته است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی چگونگی دستیابی به امنیت غذایی در کشاورزی پایدار، ضمن رعایت ملاحظات اخلاق زیستی است.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته&rlm;های این بررسی نشان می&rlm;دهد در چند دهه اخیر با توجه به ناپایداری سامانه&rlm;های رایج کشاورزی، انسان در مواجهه با طبیعت، جنبه&rlm;های اخلاقی را زیر پا گذاشته و نسبت به آن بی&rlm;توجه بوده است. کشاورزی پایدار رسالت خویش را زمانی به فرجام رسانده که ضمن تامین امنیت غذایی، جنبه&rlm;های اخلاقی تولید نیز رعایت گردد. در حالی که کشاورزی رایج قائل به تفکری انسان&rlm;محور بوده و هیچ موجودی را به غیر از انسان واجد جایگاه اخلاقی نمی&rlm;شمارد. کشاورزی طبیعی که از شاخه&rlm;های کشاورزی پایدار و بر گرفته از نگرشی غیر انسان محور است، جایگاه اخلاقی را به سایر موجودات زنده یا چرخه‌حیات به عنوان یک کلّیت تعمیم می&rlm;دهد. نتایج این بررسی نشان می&rlm;دهد کشاورزی طبیعی امنیت غذایی بشر را در گرو امنیت و حفظ تمامیت طبیعت می&rlm;پندارد و حفظ تمامیت طبیعت را منوط به حفظ جایگاه اخلاقی آن می&rlm;داند. جنبه&rlm;های اخلاق زیستی در کشاورزی پایدار نه تنها با تولید منافات ندارد، بلکه از پیش&rlm;شرط&rlm;های نیل به امنیت غذایی است.<br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>Background:</strong> Food security is one of the most vital constituents of human security. The objective of the present study was to evaluate simultaneous access to food security and bioethics in sustainable agriculture. Conclusion: In the last decades, it seems that human in relation with nature, has ignored ecological and ethical aspects and disregarded the nature.<br> &nbsp;Therefore, Sustainable agriculture will not fulfill its prophecy to provide food security unless there is respect for ethical aspects in this way. Contrastingly, conventional agriculture, by anthropocentric point of view, does not consider ethically any living beings except human and without respecting living beings&rsquo; intrinsic value. Organic agriculture is an approach in sustainable agriculture and has been emerged from a non-anthropocentric attitude. Results revealed that organic agriculture has faith in intrinsic value for nature and its living beings as a whole. It believes that human food security is related to preserve nature&rsquo;s integrity thereby preserving integrity of the nature is depended to respecting its ethical value.
