fa رابطۀ سواد اخلاقی، تعامل استاد/ دانشجو و توانمند سازی روانشناختی دانشجویان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1.15pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">زمینه:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی به عنوان بالا ترین نهادهای آموزشی و تربیتی در آموزش ارزش‌های اخلاقی، توانمندسازی دانشجویان و تقویت مهارت‌های ارتباطی آنان نقشی مهم و اساسی ایفا می‌کنند. پژوهش حاضر بر آن است که رابطه سواد اخلاقی با تعامل استاد/دانشجو و توانمندسازی روان شناختی دانشجویان را بررسی نماید.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1.15pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1.15pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">روش:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">روش پژوهش توصیفی ازنوع همبستگی و از نظر هدف جز تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه دانشجویان گروه‌های مدیریت، اقتصاد و حسابداری دانشگاه ایلام در سال تحصیلی 93-94 است که تعداد آنها 500 دانشجو می‌باشد. با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و بر اساس فرمول کوکران 217 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه برآورد شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه توانمندسازی روانشناختی، پرسشنامه تعامل استاد </span>&ndash;<span style="font-family: b mitra;"> دانشجو و پرسشنامه سواد اخلاقی است. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل رگرسیون و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1.15pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1.15pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از بین مؤلفه‌های سواد اخلاقی دو مؤلفه حساسیت اخلاقی و تخیل اخلاقی رابطه قوی با توانمندسازی دانشجویان دارند و مؤلفه استدلال ورزی اخلاقی رابطه معنی‌داری با تعامل استاد</span>/<span style="font-family: b mitra;">دانشجو دارد.</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1.15pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1.15pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">با توجه به این که سواد اخلاقی به عنوان یک عامل مرتبط با تعامل استاد </span>/<span style="font-family: b mitra;">دانشجو و توانمندسازی دانشجویان است مانند سایر انواع سواد، می‌تواند توسط دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی آموخته شود و توانایی برقراری ارتباط متقابل و مناسب در روابط دانشجویان با اساتید را ایجاد کند</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Universities and academic centers as the best educational center have an essential and important role in ethical education and empowerment of students. Current study aims to investigate the relationship between ethical literature and master/student interaction. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> Article method is an applied descriptive-correlation research. Population of study includes all students of management, economy and accounts in Ilam in 2015-2016 (N=500). Among all, 217 students were selected by simple random. Data were gathered by questionnaire (Psychological empowerment, Master-student interaction, Ethical literacy) and they were analyzed by regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The result showed that two components of moral sensitivity and moral imagination have strong relationship with student empowerment and moral reasoning component has significant relation with master /student interaction.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Ethical literature is the related factor with master/student interaction and student empowerment.
