fa ضرورت اخلاقی تغذیه با شیر مادر و پایبندی به حقوق نوزادان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">زمینه:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">دوره شیرخوارگی، حساس‌ترین، مهم‌ترین و حیاتی‌ترین دوره رشد و تکامل انسان محسوب می‌شود و شیر مادر، نقشی تعیین‌کننده در رشد جسمانی، روانی و عاطفی کودک ایفا می‌کند. شیر مادر، تأمین کنندۀ نیازهای ابتدایی نوزاد محسوب می‌شود و سلامت نوزاد به کیفیت و کمیت شیر مادر وابسته است. بدیهی است نوزادی که در دوران جنینی (از آغاز تشکیل سلول تخم تا هنگام تولد) به نیازهای او توجه شده است، دوران شیرخوارگی (از ابتدای تولد تا پایان دو سالگی) را بهتر طی خواهد کرد. با توجه به اهمیت زیستی تغذیه با شیر مادر، در مقاله حاضر ضرورت اخلاقی تغذیه با شیرمادر و پایبندی به حقوق نوزادان به عنوان هدف مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -1pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">با توجه به اینکه شیردادن به کودک زیربنا و اساس شخصیت او را پی‌ریزی می&shy;نماید. افزایش ضریب هوشی کودک، تسهیل تربیت و کاهش بروز مشکلاتی همچون اختلالات جسمی و رفتاری، بزهکاری نوجوانی و اعتیاد در بزرگسالی از فواید تغذیه با شیر مادر است. اگرچه، کیفیت و کمیت رشد در میان کودکان متفاوت است، ولی شیر مادر نقش بسیار تعیین کننده‌ای بر رشد کودک دارد. از این روی، با توجه به اهمیت شیر مادر در رشد جسمی و روانی کودک گمان می‌رود تغذیه با شیر مادر باید به عنوان یک اولویت اخلاقی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:1.3pt;"><strong>Background</strong>: Breastfeeding period is the most sensitive, important and critical period of human growth and development.&nbsp;Breastfeeding plays a decisive role in physical, mental and emotional development in children. Although, quality and quantity of growth is different in each one, breastfeeding has a clear role on development.
